  3. The field at Level 1

LEVEL 2

  1. How to care for your pig
  2. Funnypigs V2
  3. Machinery (Level 2, 3, 4 and 5)

    30. Machinery (Level 2, 3, 4 and 5). - Machinery (Level 2, 3, 4 and 5).

Machines allow you to harvest more efficiently and therefore get more bags of crop.
But they need fuel: a can per machine is needed to harvest a field. If the machine tank is not full prior to harvesting, it won't work and you won't get your extra bags of crop.
Cans of fuel can be bought and sold at the market. The official base price is 12 Kekos.
Some machines don't need fuel such as the trailer, the slurry machine and the slurry pit.

    Full tank
    Empty tank

    Fuel tanks:
From Level 2 onwards, you'll find that each level has its specific type of tank. You can own a maximum of 3 fuel tanks.
    - Level 2 has its 60-litre tank.
    - Level 3 has its 100-litre tank.
    - Level 4 has its 200-litre tank.

    Going to the next level:
When you go on to the next level, you must buy the type of tank corresponding to your level.
Example: after having completed Level 2 where you owned a 60-litre tank, you're going on to
Level 3, which means you must buy a 100-litre tank. When you buy the appropriate tank at the market, your 60-litre one is automatically replaced as you can't own tanks of two different types. The fuel you had in the old tank is transferred.

By each machine a number shows you how the cans stored in your barn or in your tank (if you have one) are split between your machines.
When you buy fuel at the market, it is directly pumped into your tank and the empty can stays in your barn. You can then either throw it away or sell it, unless you want to resale fuel, in which case you'll need it. Empty cans are only sold by farmers at Funnypigs' market.

    You can't harvest without fuel!

    Example:
You own a harvester, a tractor and a trailer.
    - If the number indicated by each machine shows 5, it means that each machine can be used for
5 harvests and that you have 10 cans of fuel in your barn (or 10 litres in your tank).
    - If the number indicates 4 cans for the harvester and 3 for the tractor, it means you can use the harvester 4 times and the tractor 3 times.

    Selling:
When you put a machine with a full tank on sale, you won't be able to get the fuel back as you'll need it to drive your machine to the market. So you can't sell a machine if you have no fuel to drive it to the market.

    The economy tractor
Small and light but with a low-power engine, hence its modest price. The economy tractor is powered by steam. It allows you to harvest 2 extra bags of crop. It is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for 50 Kekos. Buying this tractor gives you 1 ranking point. To dispose of it, click on "Scrap". The scrap dealer pays 12 Kekos for it.
    It doesn't need fuel.
    WEAR RATE:
0.83% per harvest and per field.
    The standard tractor
Much more powerful than the economy tractor, it is sturdy and fast and hardly ever breaks down. It allows you to harvest 4 extra bags of crop. The standard tractor is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for
90 Kekos. Buying one gives you 1 ranking point. To dispose of it, click on "Scrap". The scrap dealer pays 14 Kekos for it.
    Needs fuel.
    WEAR RATE:
0.83% per harvest and per field.
    The deluxe tractor
It's the bee's knees: powerful, responsive, fast but fragile. It quite often breaks down. It allows you to harvest 6 extra bags of crop. The deluxe tractor is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for 180 Kekos. Buying it gives you
1 ranking point. To dispose of this machine, click on "Scrap". The scrap dealer pays 16 Kekos for it.
    Needs fuel.
    WEAR RATE:
0.83% per harvest and per field.
    The trailer
It is nothing without a tractor or a harvester, but with one of these, you can harvest 2 extra bags of crop. The trailer is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for
40 Kekos. Buying one gives you 1 ranking point. To dispose of it, click on "Scrap". The scrap dealer pays 9 Kekos for it.
    It doesn't need fuel.
    WEAR RATE:
0.83% per harvest and per field.
    The harvester
The essential machine for any harvest. It allows you to harvest 8 extra bags of crop. The harvester is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for 300 Kekos. Buying one gives you 4 ranking points. To dispose of this machine, click on "Scrap". The scrap dealer pays 20 Kekos for it.
    Needs fuel.
    WEAR RATE:
0.83% per harvest and per field.
    The slurry machine

Make the most of your slurry! The slurry machine converts slurry into powder, which is much more profitable. It is manufactured by the Agritracto company and sold for
450 Kekos on the official market (this is the base price which varies according to the market rate). It is fuelled by the slurry collected in the pit. The slurry pit can contain up to
10 litres at Level 2. At Level 3, 4 and 5, it can contain from 100 to 400 litres.
To go on to Level 3, buying a slurry machine is a prerequisite. As the machine is not entirely automated, you will need to make the bags yourself. You need 2 litres of slurry to make a bag. Once you have 2 litres, click on "Produce". The slurry machine can store up to 5 bags at Level 2, 75 bags at Level 3, and 100 bags at Level 4. Buying a slurry machine gives
    you 1 ranking point.

    WEAR RATE:
It only wears out when used. It wears out by roughly 1% every time you click on "Produce".
When your machine reaches 100%, you must scrap it (if it's full, don't forget to empty it first) and then go to the market to purchase a new one.

Sometimes the slurry removal staff of Funnypigs Slurry Services Ltd goes on strike. If your pit is already full, the extra litres your pig produces in the meantime are lost. You can sell (set price: 15 Kekos a bag) your bags at any time but beware of the 3-Keko transport cost.

    Breakdowns:
Machines only break down during harvests. But the slurry machine never breaks down.
