    - The streets of Funnypigs are being cleaned and you can't come in. Why?
While street cleaning is underway, the site shuts down for the following reasons:
    1. The servers hosting Funnypigs reached the maximum number of farmers who can be connected at the same time. Try and come back later.
    2. The site is undergoing some maintenance work to improve its performance. Try and come back later.
    3. The site is closed every day from 1 to 4am GMT so that management scripts can be run. Try and come back after 4am GMT.

    - I can't access my account, my login details don't work. Why?
    1. Your pig starved to death? died from a disease or from being too dirty? You can either bring it back to life or bury it.
    2. You're doing something wrong, such as entering your screen name instead of your username to log in.
    3. Your account was deleted because you made some inacceptable vulgar comments either on the Forum or at the Café.
    4. You may be entering a wrong username or password. Please check the e-mail we sent you after you registered.

    - I can't access my account, I get an error message saying my session timed out. Why?
Check your browser settings. Cookies, iframes and JavaScript must be enabled.
Your login details must match exactly those shown in the confirmation e-mail we sent you (IT'S VERY IMPORTANT).

If you use Internet Explorer 6:
Go to "Tools", "Internet Options" and check both the "Security" and the "Privacy" tab.
Security: its level must be set on 'Medium'. If you don't know how to change the security level, click on 'Default setting'. It will be set on 'Medium'.
Privacy: again, either click on 'Default setting' or set the level yourself to 'Medium'. Close and reopen your browser for changes to take effect.

    If you use Netscape 6:
The first thing to do is to log in to Funnypigs.
Go to "Tasks", to "Privacy and Security" and then to "Cookies Manager". Select "Unblock cookies from this site" and click on OK.
    Close and reopen your browser.

    - How do I register with Funnypigs?
Click on "Register" on Funnypigs home page and then follow the instructions.

    - How do I win bonuses?
A bonus is given out every 4 days to Level 1 farmers who have less than 200 Kekos. The bonus is drawn at random.

    - How do I use my bonuses?
Each bonus fulfils a particular purpose. Check out our blurb on bonuses to find out what they are.

    - How can I earn Kekos and not buy them?
You earn Kekos when you sell your crop, your slurry and your manure. But you can also sell your bonuses on Funnypigs' market.

    - What is the Alley for?
The Alley is where the dealer can be found. From 8pm to 8am GMT, you can buy weevils, rats, corn borers, crows and stress bombs from him.

    - What about the machines? How do they work?
They don't really. Owning one or more machines means that you'll harvest more crop (only on Level 2 and higher).

    - Will my ranking help me go up to the next level?
Absolutely not. We actually only use it to see which farmer manages his/her farm and cares for his/her pig best.

    - What's the use in buying food for 4 Kekos at the farmers' market?
The food on sale at the farmers' market belongs to a farmer. By buying his/her food, you give a farmer the opportunity to get more Kekos while helping the market operate.

    - My field was flooded 3 times, which led to my crops being ruined. What can I do to protect it from natural disasters?
First, you must go and buy a sandbag at the market. Once that's done, go to your field and tick the 'sandbag' box before clicking on 'action'. Your sandbag will appear next to your field. But it'll protect you from one flood only.

    - I'm at Level 1 and I've had to pay 3 Kekos to have my tractor repaired when I don't even have any. What's going on?
When you get to Level 1, you get a default tractor and you must bear the repair costs. Breakdowns are totally random.

    - I haven't received the e-mail with my login details after I registered.
First of all, you should wait at least 48 hours. If beyond this time, you still haven't received anything, there are two possibilities: either you made a mistake in your email address on the registration form, in which case you have to start the registration process over; or it was considered as spam by your e-mail service provider and it's in the spam folder.

    - Can the bags of seeds found at the market be used to sow any kind of cereals or just wheat?
The bags of seeds you'll find at the market are bags of wheat seeds and can be used on Level 1 only.

    - I'd like to know how to sell my pig's slurry.
All you need to do is click on 'Empty' on the Slurry Pit page, but beware of the draining cost which is the same regardless of the amount to be drained.

    - How many bags can I store in my granary?
There's a 5,000-bag limit (obviously none of them are taken into account in the bonus count for the barn).

    - My Kekos seem to vanish...
Make sure you don't use your screen name, your username or your pig's name as your password, otherwise change it immediately. Go to your account (the pig with the green spanner on top of the page) and click on "Modify". Some players don't mind ripping off other players whose passwords are weak... You also may have had to pay taxes. You can check this out in the "Events" page.
