  3. The barn

    12. The barn - The barn

Here are stored all your products and accessories.

Number of items allowed per farmer:
    - At Level 1: you're allowed to have a maximum of 50 bonuses whether they're stored in your barn or for sale at the market.
    - At Level 2, 3, 4 and 5: you're allowed to have a maximum of 60 bonuses whether they're stored in your barn or for sale at the market.

    Protecting your barn:
Your barn's contents must be protected with rat poison. Without it, rats could very well devour all your bags of food.

Rat poison has a 20-day shelf life, but after 10 days, it only protects half of the bags of food in your barn. You must therefore remember to change it regularly. After 20 days, it's totally ineffective.

    The barn and the granary:
At Level 1 you don't have a granary.
Farmers at Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 have a barn complete with a granary, where they can store their crops, straw bales, bags of food and accessories. The granary can hold up to 5,000 items.

On the "Barn" page, you can only sell or discard products: you can't use them directly.

    Discarding an item:

Tick the "Discard" box underneath the item you wish to dispose of, then choose the quantity and click on "Action".
    You'll get a new page:

You still can change your mind and get your bonus back to your barn or granary by unticking the "Discard" box and clicking on "Action".

    Selling an item:

Tick the "Put up for sale" box underneath the item you wish to sell, then choose the quantity and click on "Action".

    You'll get a new page:

You then set your own sale price making sure you don't exceed the maximum authorized price. You can also choose to change the quantity of the item to be sold.
When you're done, click on "Action": your items will be put for sale on the market anonymously a few minutes later. If you wish, you can stop the sale and remove your item from the market. Just go to the "Orders" page.

Your product is put on sale for a 48-hour period, after which the sale expires and the product is no longer visible on the market. You'll then have to remove it. Go to the "Orders" page to do so. You can always put it on sale again. Careful, the items you put for sale on the market remain yours so long as they're not actually sold. They will therefore be taken into account in the bonus count.
You can do several things simultaneously, such as selling insecticide while discarding some fuel cans, etc.
